COMPANY'S RESPONSIBILITIES

The company "HOTEL-TOURIST BUSINESS G & E. Bouzouki S.A." agrees to provide you the rooms with all the furniture, equipment and facilities in a proper and orderly operation, clean and repaired, for the purpose of tenants' holidays and rest in their renting agreed time.

The company is responsible for the cleanliness of the rooms, the pool and the care of the building and the outdoor facilities during the stay of the tenants in them.

TENANTS' RESPONSIBILITIES

The tenants of the rooms, and each member of the tenants should take all the legitimate responsibility for documents, rules, structures, facilities and equipment during the period of time they and/or any member is installed at the villa and take the responsibility to replace or pay for the cost of full replacement for any breakage or damage in any of the above mentioned, which resulted from their or any other member of the tenants activities.

The tenants of the rooms, and each member of the tenants should have in their possession, during the holidays, every personal safety to cover all possibilities of loss, accident, illness or death during the time of this agreement.

BOOKING POLICY

All values relating to the rooms of our complex for Hotel Albatros and that appear on the website www.sivota-albatros.gr include taxes, charges for all services and all other expenses that are given in detail on Hotel Albatros's website www.sivota-albatros.gr. The company "HOTEL-TOURIST BUSINESS G & E. Bouzouki S.A." reserves the right to change the listed prices in the website www.sivota-albatros.gr any time without any prior notice.

Bookings in our rooms can be made through our online booking system on the website www.sivota-albatros.gr, by telephone or by sending an email through the website www.sivota-albatros.gr.

The arrival of the client can be done from 12:00 to 22:00 local time. Check Out must be done no later than 12:00am local time.

PAYMENTS POLICY

For reservations concerning the rooms of our complex for Hotel Albatros on the website www.sivota-albatros.gr a prepayment of the total sum is required via credit card VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Maestro or using the Paypal service.

In case of charging a credit card, an electronic payment receipt will be issued and sent by e-mail to the purchaser.

For each reservation there will be sent via e-mail the electronic voucher, which the buyer has to present at the hotel for the provision of services.

CANCELLATION - CHANGES POLICY

The customer has the opportunity to make any change or cancellation on the dates of his/her reservation for any reason.

In case of any change on the dates of his/her reservation, the customer is required to inform no later than 14 days before the date of arrival. The update should be done via telephone or e-mail notifying us with the date on which he/her had chosen as arrival and informing us with the new date when he/she wishes to change to. Within a reasonable time an e-mail will be sent to the client informing him/her about whether it is possible to make the change of dates and for possible additional charges, if any.

In case of any cancellation of the booking, the customer is required to inform no later than 14 days before the date of arrival. The update should be done via telephone or e-mail. In that case the total amount of the reservation will be returned to the customer.

In case of any cancellation of the booking in less than the 14 days before the date of arrival or no-show of the customer, the 50% of the total booking amount will be withheld.

LOSS - INJURY

The company "HOTEL-TOURIST BUSINESS G & E. Bouzouki S.A." bears no responsibility for personal losses, accidents, illness, injury or death caused by guests during their stay, nor is liable for costs incurred by customers as a result of any loss, accident, illness, injury or death.
